F370 Customer feedback after first order of 184ci spool of ABS filament like Stratasys 333-90700

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, the material worked great as expected.

No feedback on the instructions, they are very clear.

Moving forward, for future orders, I have a few questions:

1 for future orders, will we get another canister and another chip every time we order? Or should we specify if we need one? I already have 2 extra canisters here. ANSWER: canister only shipped with first order
2 I have A TON of f123 material chips, how does that work with you guys? ANSWER: mail in for a $5/ea return credit. If possible save in bags by material type and color. We also offer a $5/ea return credit for our Dongle Repair Device (DRD chip). Return address is: 920 W. 10th St., Pella, IA 50219
